Project Overview
As one of our largest and most technically critical projects to date, El Kharashy Contracting & Trading was entrusted with the complete hygienic renovation of the production zones at Medical Union Pharmaceuticals Factory , a large facility within Egypt’s pharmaceutical industry.
The goal was clear: deliver seamless, sterile walls to provide an hygienic environment that meets the strictest standards for cleanliness, durability, and compliance.
Our Scope of Work
- Installation of 13,000 m² of Antimicrobial PVC Wall Cladding
- Precision-installed across production areas requiring stringent contamination control
- Utilized welding rods to achieve a completely seamless Surface, crucial for environments undergoing frequent sterilization
- Delivered wall systems resistant to microbial growth, chemical exposure and impact
- Fully Compliant with Pharmaceutical Standards
- All installations follow cleanroom requirements
- Executed under strict hygienic supervision by our professional engineers, ensuring all detailing (corners, joints, transitions) adhered to infection prevention protocols
- Special Hygienic Detailing
- Internal coving accessories, welding rods in relations between the sheets, and jointless surfaces for achieving the perfect seamless surface
- Designed for long-term durability suitable for a production area
