Project Overview
El Kharashy Contracting & Trading transformed an existing hangar into a fully operational two-story medical supplies factory for Theka. The project included structural, electrical, and sanitary installations to support both manufacturing and administrative operations. The ground floor was dedicated to production, while the upper floor was developed for administrative functions.
Our Scope of Work
- Complete establishment of the electrical network for both manufacturing and office zones
- Full plumbing network installation across both floors
- Construction of reinforced concrete columns to support the new two-floor structure
- Installation of ceramic flooring and wall tiling in bathrooms to ensure hygiene and durability
Project Outcome
- This project marked a successful transition from an industrial shell to a functional and compliant medical manufacturing facility. Theka Factory now operates within a structurally sound, hygienically finished, and efficiently serviced environment.
